At Chantomoo, we are committed to delivering your order safely and reliably. All products available on chantomoo.com are shipped from our designated fulfillment centers.

We use trusted fulfillment partners, including Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment, to process and ship orders from our online store. Depending on your delivery address, inventory availability, shipping method, and carrier capacity, your order may be delivered by Amazon Logistics, Amazon Shipping, UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, or another local delivery partner.

The final carrier is selected automatically during fulfillment. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow the delivery status.
